What is the plant

Rhaphidophora Hayi is a beautiful shingling climber with deep forest velvety green heart shaped leaves. Unlike most species, the Hayi’s leaves do not morph into something larger as it matures. At maturity the leaves can reach 6cm in diameter, however this will only occur if the plant is mounted on a suitable surface such as untreated soft wood or a sphagnum moss totem.Rhaphidophora Hayi thrives in a well lit room with no direct sun light and high humidity. It will be grown most successfully in a terrarium where ideal humidity and light can be controlled. Water weekly throughout summer, and bi-weekly in winter, never allowing the plant to fully dry out whilst avoiding wet, soggy roots.
