Chamaedorea elegans is a palm plant from the Araceae family. In its natural habitat, this plant lives in the tropical forests of Mexico and Guatemala. This greenie creates a tropical vibe in any living area.

Parlor palm has numerous long stems. They are light green in color and can grow up to 5-6.5 feet (1.5-2 m) long and up to 1-1.5 inches (2.5-3.5 cm) wide. During flowering, the plant produces inflorescences with small fragrant yellow flowers.
