Sedum brevifolium is a small but beautiful sedum species, bearing tiny, glaucous and succulent leaves that are topped with starry white flowers in summer. It associates well with other sedums and looks superb surrounded by pebbles or gravel in a container, rock garden or the cracks and crevices of walls.
From spring through fall, water thoroughly and wait for the soil to dry out before watering again. In winter, water just enough to keep your plant from shriveling. Avoid wetting the leaves, stems, and flowers when watering.
Feed every two to three weeks during spring and summer using a diluted solution of water-soluble fertilizer or a product formulated specifically for cactus and succulents.
Grow in well-drained, moderately fertile soil in a sheltered, sunny site. Protect in winter in cold areas.
