Topsy Turvy belongs to the Crassulaceae family, and it is a cultivar of the Echeveria runyonii succulent plant. Because of mutation, its leaves are completely joined at the edges, creating a tube-like shape. The plant usually has grey-blue color with good sun-protective dusting.
