Unusual form of the common Dischidia nummularifolia (some sources said to be a hybrid) originated from Japan and sought after by many plant enthusiasts as it is rarely seen in cultivation now. It is characterized by very curly foliage resembling pebbles, densely rises around slender weeping stem. Once the stem stretches over 6", it usually produces new branches at base. Despite low growing, it is an easy plant, even in lower average humidity and it's also fairly cold hardy. The plant you will be receiving is similiar to the one shown but not the same. Most will contain 2+ stems.
