why does my plant have those spots what can i do to make it look healthy

It could be the sign of overwatering, leaf rot.
Some of my leaves have done this before. I noticed my soil was hydrophobic (the water was just rolling right off of it). I tried to rehydrate my soil so when I watered the plant was getting water evenly. When my leaves rot they are VERY soft and squishy, compared to this. Good news, these spots didn’t kill my plants
