How do I know when to plant my propagating plants?

The plant appears healthy.
I’m not sure if this goes for all types of plants but the rule of thumb I’ve heard is when it starts going secondary roots AKA roots off of the initial roots. Hope this helps!

Personally I like to wait until there are heaps of roots. (Previous ones that had roots much like the second photo died😞)
