How do I keep gnats off of my plants. I have a lot of sticky traps and they catch a lot but I still have a ton flying around my plants. I heard cinnamon sprinkled on the soil will help but Im scared to hurt my plants. Any advice is appreciated!

if you have multiple, place them traps on those plants too just incase. Knowing what plants you have would help. If theyre just propagating that much, along with the traps place a top layer of anything that you feel comfortable with on soil -like rocks/sand and stuff- if you are truly not willing to risk cinnamon. i think the top layer will help, for most plants. And if you feel safe- you can dry out the soil of your plants

Cinnamon wont hurt ur plants

I spray all my plants with water vinegar and dish soap
