what is happening to it??
Looks dry and with these little like dots on one of its sides, with some kind of white little hairs where the spines grow and mostly at the very top. Looks sick i know i just want to keep it alive or give it some help

I don't know.
It might be from lack of nutritions or not enough sun, water, etc.
