Is it going to make it ?
I found this dragon tree plant outside on the floor near a garbage can, so I brought it home and repotted it with fresh soil. I thought there was hope seeing that there was still a little bit of green near the tips; can someone tell me if this plant is hopeless or what to do if it isn't ?
