Help have a gnat infestation

I realized recently that a few of my plants have a ton of gnats. Will need repot. can you recommend a good potting soil that doesnt attract a lot of gnats? After careful research I realized the potting soil used contained gnats. I used miracle gro. Any better suggestions that is not too expensive.

I dont know what I was doing, but what kind of plants do you have because sometimes coffee will cure them. Im gonna see if I can share the app with you so you can check it out ❤️ and all you have to do is take a picture of it and itll diagnose everything. Im gonna see if I can share it.

I used more of a safe soap to help, during repotting. I turn my plant up side down once I get the old dirt off and dipped it in soapy water 3 times mixed with Palmolive dish soap (clear brand since dyes can kill your plant). Repot and soak with water after with drainage pots. Works like a charm every time, I always do this when I get new plants too and repot them so I avoid the possible chance of diseases with my other plants.

I have the plantin app that I use. I tried all the suggestions but I realized its the soil. So I invested in a new potting soil mix and repotted the plant last night. Fingers crossed.
