What do I do??
The soil has become dry and stiff with white mould- looking stuff on it. I put water its still dry and if i put too much water it just drains it and its all over my floor. Please i need help

The plant appears healthy.

I think it’s limestone (or other mineral salts) contained in the water. By regularly watering with this mineral-rich water, the salts accumulate in the soil and rise to the surface as it dries, forming that white crust.
