Should i transplant my montera cutting to soil now?
I’ve had this cutting in water for a couple of months. When I got it, it only had an aerial root which was submerged with the cutting. Since an offshoot has grown from the upper part of the aerial root but the lower portion has rotted. The new water root has a bunch of small shoots on it, so I was wondering if this was a good time?

- **Condition Name**: Root Rot - **Symptoms**: Dark, mushy, decaying roots; healthy roots are firm and white. - **Cause**: Overwatering leading to poor drainage and fungal infection. - **Treatment/Solution**: Improve drainage, reduce watering frequency, and possibly repot in fresh soil.
I cut the rotted portion of the root off.
Guys that’s not root rot that is an arial root! You should be fine to transplant into soil now!
Chunky soil, small pot and she should take off.
