What can I do for my aloe?

Hello! I have had this aloe for 3 years, and it has not grown. It goes through seasons where its green and healthy looking, and then it will look brown/yellow like it does right now. I repotted it last week into a chunkier medium and watered it with a plant food. The brown tips are from when I cut parts off that were damaged from before. Can anyone help me?

- **Condition Name**: Overwatering or Root Rot - **Symptoms**: Yellowing and wilting leaves, soft or mushy plant base. - **Cause**: Excess water leading to poor drainage and fungal growth at roots. - **Treatment/Solution**: Allow the soil to dry out completely, reduce watering frequency, and ensure proper drainage. Consider repotting with fresh soil if necessary.

Hi - its looks almost done I think I would actually repot it. The reason Im suggesting this is I see your orchid bark in that soil - aloe need cactus or succulent soil.

Youre overwatering it. Try repotting it into succulent soil mixed with perlite in a terra cotta or ceramic pot directly (they breathe better than plastic). Let the soil dry out completely between waterings and use bottom watering. Also, make sure its able to drain between waterings. And dont listen to this app on when to water it, it gives some seriously screwy recommendations on when to water things. Feel the soil or use a moisture meter.

Water every 2weeks,or feel the soil if its dry then water. Repot in soil or in succulents soil.

Try less sun mine sometimes will turn yellow when it gets to much light
