The plant appears healthy.
Its a bromeliad. Looks pretty good.

Looks like the the bloom has ended its lifecycle But that natural for this plant. The foliage will still be there and the mother plant will push out new baby plants. If you don’t mind me saying, looks like you soil is wet, this plant likes very dry soil and to be water through the cup of the leaves 🤍✨ If you do that and bright area it may last longer, the flower✨
