I water mine once a week . I mist her twice a week . Humidity is 65% . She in indirect sunlight. Hope this helps you.

Brown tips can be trimmed. The small dried leaves, remove those. Add a stake or pole for support. Looks like it needs more water.
this happened to an old plant of mine it basically got too heavy at the end/long tendrils and was uprooting itself with gravity. it was in a windowsill so the soil/roots were higher physically and the the heaviness of the tendrils were pulling it down further, pulling roots up. i just propagated those alive vines that were left. that’s your best bet
