When I bought it it didn’t look any healthier but since I have had It it has progressively got worse. Is there anything I can do to help it?

Your plant is dry you should spray water 10 sprays
These carnivorous plants live in bog environments in the wild which means they have to be pretty much sitting in water, don’t let them dry up, make sure it’s not from the tap, it should be rain, distilled or reverse osmosis water. Lastly they need direct sun. Good luck >_<
