Dry watering her and putting her out in the sun and outside more often. Please follow me every time somebody follows me I get a new plant. I will follow you. 
If you just got it, I suggest you repot with fresh soil. Depending on where it came from, it’s probably root bound and either very over watered or bone dry. Check the roots, use fresh soil, and size up if the roots are constricted.
I moved mine away from my grow lights. She’s doing great now! She lives in my office with little light.
I may be wrong but from the looks of the soil it looks like mostly peat moss? I would try repotting in a more balanced (but still acidic) medium. In all honesty though my polka dot begonia has been my most difficult plant I’ve owned lmao
Looks dry. I keep mine pretty moist. I see the app says water every 11 days but i probably bottom water mine at least once a week. Let it sit in a shallow pan of water for 20 mins or so or until the top feels damp.
