pepper/cantaloupe seedling fungus?

I have some ghost chilies and cantaloupe off to a great start, however I started noticing some spots on the leaves, and I’m seeing it on more and more plants now. They’ve been indoors. Plants are young, planted on 1/29. Any thoughts? Thanks
