No entiendo que es lo que tiene y cómo quitárselo alguien sabe?

The plant appears healthy.
It looks like pests. I have had this and removed them by cleaning each leaf and stem with alcohol, letting the soil dry down quit a bit before watering, the misting every day with a half alcohol and half water spray to coat the leaves and the top of the soli. It worked for mine.
