My mom’s plant is going through something, the leaves are browning and the main stem is kind of weak, does anyone know what to do to help. My guess the pot is too big.

The plant appears healthy.
I think the pots too big mines in a smaller pot and it is a larger plant. It has like a root ball system. If it was mine, I’d repot it in a smaller pot. And maybe cut back on watering.
