Get a fan to keep a gentle stream of air flowing. I would scoop the existing mold off too.
Mold spores are all thru the soil I would repot it rinse the roots new soil new pot . If you don’t have a new pot thoroughly wash that one out with soap and water .
Maybe you just overwatered because you wanted to see results quick 🥲 Change the soil or repot entirely
