Consider fertilizing with a balanced houseplant fertilizer.
Hi there! I’ve had the same problem. You need to repot with new soil. Water once a week and just mist the leaves every 2-3 days. You’ll see a huge difference very quickly. It worked for me. All the best
It could be over or under watered. Yellow leaves are usually overwatered and brown crispy leaves are usually under watered. Could it have gone through both situations? Trim those leaves at the base. If the soil is wet you could try pushing a tampon into it to soak up the excess moisture. Sounds weird I know but it works. Or repot in fresh soil. If the soil is completely dried out water from the bottom. I water mine every five days and mist every other day.
