Monstera revival tips?

Hello! I received this monstera from a friend who could no longer take care of it. When I received it the soil was bone dry. I’ve since gotten her watered, am keeping up on only the top 1-2 inches of soil drying out before watering again, and I’ve fed her a couple times in the last couple weeks. Additionally, she’s by a window where she gets indirect sunlight daily and I’ve been taking her outside for a couple hours of direct sun a couple times a week (hence the wagon). Is there anything I should be doing or not doing to try to revive this baby? Pruning maybe? Also to note, I do have poles coming to try to train her upwards, so maybe that will help? Idk, please help us!

It all sound good, I would prune to let the plant focus its energy on the healthy leaves
