why is my perlite two toned?

I used some of this perlite to propagate a snake plant. I noticed some of the perlite changed colors. Can I reuse this batch of perlite? Or take the L and throw it away.

I didnt know about this but I read the following (quote): “Perlite can change color over time due to watering, but it's usually not a cause for concern. Perlite is often white in color because of the trapped bubbles that are created during the expansion process. However, the crude perlite rock can be transparent, light gray, or glossy black. Perlite can also get dirty and change color over time, such as turning orange or brown.”
