What cactus is this and what is the little clear ball growing on it?

It might be Caripari, Neoraimondia, or Harrisia cactus, and for the clear bubble, I think it means you are watering your plants too much, When roots take up water faster than it can be used by the plant water pressure builds up in the internal cells of the leaves causing them to burst, leaving dead cells that are visible as a blister, primarily on the undersides of leaves.

i did my research, it is called guttation! (you should look it up too) it happens when there's so much water it's unable to receive oxygen. It forms the orbs to make up for the oxygen that it did not get. i'm not insulting you, i am here hoping to help.

Looks like Cereus tetragonus. Probably overwatering leads to this.
