I have all these small particles on my plant, white and black specks. Is this normal? The flowers also began to wilt but the leaves are still looking good, what should I do?

The plant provided appears to be a species of Kalanchoe blossfeldiana, which is a succulent plant native to South Africa. The leaves of this plant appear to be healthy and green, but there are no flowers visible on the plant. To fix this issue, it is recommended to provide the plant with more light and warmth. This can be done by placing the plant in a sunny location or near a warm heat source. Additionally, the plant may need more moisture, so it is recommended to water it more frequently. Another way to improve the health of the plant is to repot it in a larger pot with well-draining soil mix. This will help the roots to grow and allow the plant to better absorb nutrients and moisture. It is also important to fertilize the plant regularly, using a balanced fertilizer that is specifically designed for succulents. This will help to provide the plant with essential nutrients that it needs to thrive. Overall, by providing the plant with more light, warmth, moisture, and nutrients, it should begin to flower again and show healthy growth.
A me sembrano pidocchi. Darei piu un insetticida. E ora in estate vogliono il pieno sole
Possibly a severe aphid problem but they’re usually on the bottom of the leaves. You could put it in the shower for ten minutes. Enough time to wash off whatever it is. If you have a hand sprayer you can get the bottom of the leaves.
Planted a tree about 1 1/2 - 2 months ago and put some weed barrier down… but starting appearing as if it weren’t getting enough water. We have been watering the tree consistently, but not seeing any signs of improvement. Is there anything else that we can do or is our tree beyond saving?
