Looks like you have some rotting started (from over watering I assume) and I think the roots may have depleted the soil. To salvage I recommend repotting with extreme consideration payed to the venerable root structure that remains. New dirt smaller pot a dose of fertilizer in the regular watering and indirect sunlight. Monitor for improvements or prepare to burry the whole thing.

repot it, take away all the dead flowers and leaves and repot the living ones in fresh soil, you need to water it more regularly it looks like you dehydrated it to death, try avoid direct sunlight maybe put it on a windowsill or slight shade outside
