A new plant lover! Does anyone know much about these plants?

#1 Bamboo Palm #2 Dieffenbachia Maculata #3 Philodendron Brasil I’ve had these plants since December 2021. They where group together when I first got them. I recently separated them because I felt the pot was too small. I just don’t think they’re doing really well. I don’t know much about plants so if you guys can help me out, that would be great. I guess they don’t seem to be growing as fast I want them too.

the second and third look fine, the first, i don’t really know where all of the above leaves are. did you clip them?

@8vtkqnnh99 Any suggestion on fertilizer? I’m sure it may differ for each plant.
