Based on the image provided, it appears that the plant is not thriving and has a number of issues. The leaves appear to be small and thin, with some showing signs of damage or disease. This could be due to a lack of sunlight, improper watering, or a pest infestation. To address these issues, I would recommend the following steps: 1. Provide the plant with more direct sunlight, ideally 6-8 hours a day. 2. Water the plant thoroughly, allowing the soil to dry out between waterings. 3. Apply a balanced fertilizer, such as a 20-20-20 NPK formula, once a month. 4. Check for pests and treat the plant accordingly if any are found. 5. Prune away any damaged or diseased leaves to prevent the spread of disease. 6. Repot the plant in a larger container with well-draining soil if the roots have grown out of the current container. By following these steps, the plant should begin to thrive and show improvement in its overall health. It is also important to regularly monitor the plant's health and adjust watering and fertilization schedules as needed.
