Does it go outside at all and recently? Do you water/mist the leaves or stems? Has it been sunny, windy, or raining when outside? How often do you water the plant? Has it got good drainage? Do you drain the tray the plant sits in?
Just to be clear repotting will stress the plant its just a stressful process for any plant. However this plant is already stressed. So when you repot, do so quickly without too much mucking about so you dont stress the plant as much. Good luck!
Based on the image provided, it appears that the plant is not in good health. The leaves appear to be wilting and the plant is not thriving. One possible issue could be a lack of proper light, water or nutrients. To fix this, it is recommended to provide the plant with more light, water it regularly, and provide it with a balanced fertilizer. Additionally, it may be helpful to repot the plant in a larger pot with well-draining soil, and to move it to a location with bright, indirect light. It may also be helpful to rotate the plant regularly to promote even growth. Another issue could be pests or diseases, which can weaken the plant and cause it to wither. To address this, it is recommended to inspect the plant regularly for signs of pests or diseases, and to treat it accordingly with appropriate pesticides or fungicides. It may also be helpful to isolate the plant from other plants to prevent the spread of any issues. Lastly, the plant may be suffering from overwatering, which can lead to root rot and other problems. To address this, it is recommended to let the soil dry out between waterings, and to only water the plant when the soil is dry to the touch. It may also be helpful to use a well-draining soil mix and to avoid overcrowding the plant.
