it's either from using too much chemicals In the nutrients you're usung, Maybe tell me the NPK value of what you're using if it shows it on the bottle?  because right now these plans need nitrogen like crazy So NPk are the most important chemicals for plant growth Right now to build leafy stocks, Combined with the light of the sun which is blue spectrum, I would say make sure that You nutrients don't have too much nitrogen is or too little
