I left my plants outside and I think the sun burned them. Is there anything I can do?

Try not leaving it too exposed to the sun for around 5-10 mins ( 15maximum ) .

Actually yes try molasses, sugars from black molasses, And those leaves look like you don't have to cut them off yet but like you might have to cut off some of them Up to the green part

Those plans really like phosphorus btw make sure that your nutrients have a high P value in the N-P-K

Make sure you take them out of direct light for a while
