uh I think I went too far please help me

I got this plant two weeks ago for the low. Damnaged leaves etc.ItThis morning the plant looked sick and it was slumppedso I decided to remove the leaves and put it in my window Now the slump is gone but I feel like I murdered this plant. The stems are leaking and I feel bad hopefully it recovers. I normally don't prune my plants in this matter. I am also working on rescuing plants Any tips? Somebody help me Please 🙏 😔🌇
