if you want to help your plant thrive, you can feed it a diluted liquid fertilizer every 2-4 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). A balanced fertilizer with a NPK ratio of 10-10-10 or 12-12-12 is a good choice. Be sure to dilute the fertilizer according to the directions on the label.

This looks like Spider plant to me. It loves bright light and generous watering but don’t drench it.
