HELP
My mother got this cactus in the hospital when I was born. It’s a 22yr old cactus and has never really grown. It’s never been re-potted that I know of. I just took the top rocks off it was full to the top. The soil is ROCK solid and has so much hair and weird things imbedded in the dirt. Should I replant it? Put the rocks back and call it good since it’s been fine all this time ?? Idkkk

How is the cactus itself doing right now
It is amazing your Mom actually kept the cactus for 22 yrs and that it still looks alive. Did you use the tool to find its type and suggested plan-treatment? I thought you might like to consult the App’s Botanist, also. Best of luck for that
I would definitely recommend repotting. Crazy that it’s so old!
