Any plant that likes very human environments pretty much. Im not too sure as i have not kept any in the bathroom yet

My ferns / string of type plants loveee the bathroom and thrive so well there

I advice you to keep pencil cactus it’s a hard type so that’s why minor chance of damage thank you 😊
