Repot in a bigger container, fresh soil and cut the dead foliage off
I personally don’t think it needs a bigger container unless you see roots coming out or if it’s root bound but it’s needs to be pruned and I’m guessing you’re either watering too often or not often enough, water aloes when they’re completely dry, they thrive on bright light and neglect
I would repot in the same container if you like but be sure to thin it out. The key is fresh soil and perhaps some fertilizer.
Put it on the floor they don’t like up night they like low on the ground. Don’t water it as much.
transplant the plant into a larger pot with new soil
