My peace lily is dying. I have done everything I could to save it but nothing seems to work I'm not sure what I'm missing. I water on time not too much. Sun exposure as required. Can someone help please

Hi, I’m not an expert or anything but you might need to check what’s going on in the soil and look at the roots they might have mold on them or if the roots have loads of little splits it might need more hydration than you’re giving it, also check for pests and the right temp but most importantly check roots and soil it should let you know what’s going wrong with the plant. Also check for marks on the actual leaves they can also give you indications
From what I can tell from the pictures there’s a lot of brown on the leaves which could suggest under watering, double check the roots and if you see a bunch of splits it will confirm this :)
You might want to remove the very damaged leafs though as they are unlikely to repair, they might get stronger but the brown will stay
