Very Sad Red Leaf Philodendron

My husband brought this rather large but very neglected Red Leaf home from his work office a few days ago !!! How can I help her ? I don’t even know where to start . Beautiful new red leaves are coming from the very top . I know she needs a moss pole for support but in terms of cutting back to help grow I am a complete newbie

Firstly I’d turn pot see if it’s root bound, it may need a bigger pot? Then like you said canes and tie to hold it up.. most of the leaves look pretty healthy and green. it may just be dormant. Think it needs water too. Tropical plants need lots of misting.
