wish it would bloom

Queen of the Night! Have had for a couple of years and it has not bloomed. We know it only blooms once a year and at night, but we dont think ours has bloomed at all. It grew really tall last summer so we pruned it and propagated the prunings by sticking them in the same pot and the foliage is flourishing, but we just cant seem to get it to bloom. If it doesnt bloom this summer were thinking of tossing it

Noo, dont toss it! This plant I say its a little dramatic. It blooms when it wants to and my plant blooms many times during the year. There are times that it only blooms after 3-4 months or twice a year. So dont stress I swear it worth it. Because the smell of it at night its just delightful. 🤩 I dont know if its the wether, cause I live in Puerto Rico and they do like a warmer weather. I usually add 20-20 fertilizer and one that Im not sure of the name but its little green balls.

Give it banana water. My daughter has a secret garden and I couldnt for the life of me figure out how SHE got it to bloom when I had given up on it. I found out later she was making “🍌 soup “ once a week and feeding it.
