how to revive this plant?
Trying to revive the plant. Several weeks. Changed location. Watered lightly.

Firstly, I think this is not the right identification. The plant listing you have actually has multiple plants in it. I would see if you can match to a calathea variety. Second, the soil looks very wet. How wet is it when you stick your finger in about an inch? I would let it dry out a bit or repot it. These guys do love water but I fear it might be suffering from root rot.
