dragon tree is healthy i beg to differ

I have replaced the sticky fly traps and just watered it however it does not seem to be growing leaves and I don’t understand it, yet when I diagnosed this it said it was healthy any ideas to get this moving quicker?

Get a daylight light.

Daylight for no more than 18 hours per day will fool it into spring behaviour.
