The cheese plant has gone very loopy and I just gave nutrient to see if it grown healthier in a week? What can i do with the dots on them.

So this appears to be a monstera delisiosa borsigna… it’s possibly overwatered hence the yellowing leaf, or it could be nutrient burned. IMO the yellowing leaf will not recover it should be cut off. Also I know this plant doesn’t thrive when overwatered. I recommend checking the soil, make sure you are using a chunky soil since this is an aroid type of plant. Water sparingly, and don’t leave it in direct sunlight. Good luck!
