New revival project

Saw this branch almost all the way broken off a neglected jade on a city sidewalk so I grabbed it. Sawed off the broken bottom and it still looks healthy enough for a recovery(I hope) I'll let it callus up, haven't decided if I will put it in dirt or water yet.

I asked the Reddit plant community and the ones with jade experience said definitely in soil. So that's what I'll be doing once it calluses up nicely. I ended up having to cut it again cause it rotted more where the node was. That was the initial reason I made a second cut rather than it being just one straight across cut.

I can't believe it's been a month. I had to cut it a lot more cause the stem rot. It's potted now but I cut off all the leaf branches which maybe I shouldn't have done. The branches are in dirt to root as well. Maybe nothing will come of this
