It looks like its caused by either a lack of water, fungus or lack of nutrients. Can you tell me where it is and the temperature, how often youre watering it and when was the last time you repotted it in new soil? Thank you!!

Im only a kid but I know how to do it. Just buy a flower food and water it with it

Its definitely fungus and root rot - it looks pretty infected. You can try repotting in an organic cactus\succulent soil and just leave it alone. You can spray Neem Oil on it to try and help kill the fungus. Im thinking you may have overwatered it. Chances are more that it wont make it (shes so big and gorgeous!). I would try that first before giving up. Keep her away from any of your other plants as well.
