Is this pretty much a goner? If not what can i do?! Im hoping theres hope for it.

Is this a fern? I have one that was kind of like in the same situation and it’s growing green and strong again. All I did was cut all the dead stuff off and repotted with new soil with good drainage. Water well once you are finished. Also, I left mine outside but kind of in a protected area. It worked. It doesn’t hurt trying. Good luck!
