helpppppo

I recently moved my swiss cheese with a new purchase to fill her out a bit. Gave it time to adjust to my home and checked for any signs of pests. After I potted the two together, it started getting these brown spots with yellow halos Im all over the place looking at possible causes on google and its driving me crazy. This is my favorite plant that I got as a cutting and she was doing so well up until it started getting colder up north. Im not sure if this is transplant shock or fungal disease or possibly overwatering. I let it go too long without water since its been colder and then I gave it a week to what seemed to be dry enough and watered again. Im going to treat the leaves with baking soda and water with a bit of dish soap incase it is fungal but Ive clipped a decent amount of leaves so far and I dont know if shell make it. My pothos in the second picture seems to have the same thing happening but the only thing I can think of is it may be time to move to a bigger pot but its getting colder up north and Im worried its fungal
