Found a shoot growing out of the shingles about 2 years ago
Realised it wasn’t a weed and left it to grow, it has now decided to flower. This app decided it was a Spanish Dagger. Does anyone recognise the plant and does anyone know how often it will flower? Secondly could I move it to another location or would disturbing the roots kill it?

Does look like a spanish dagger or Yucca plant. If you want to move it that should be fine are you planning on putting it back in the geound or a pot?
Flowering i imagine is seasonal depending where you stay and the temps it gets to in summer and winter? Not an expert by any means
