Hi, wanted to know how do I treat this snake plant . One of the leaves has fallen as shown in picture.

That is leaf rot caused by overwatering or excessive misting, if you want your plant to survive remove all infected leaves and dispose of them as far away from the plant as possible
definitely overwatering every 2-8 weeks when soil is completely dry a fast draining soil might help this problem

I would also look at the roots and cut off all the roots that look rotten and throw them away. The healthy roots I would spray them with hydrogen peroxide 3% to kill off any bacteria that could continue the root rot. Wash the planter and get some happy frog soil. And remember not to water them. Only water them when they are 100% dry top to bottom. Do not follow the finger rule; you won’t be able to know if your soil is dry at the very bottom.
